I originally took the poison syringe, planning to poison Sophia in the same room as I drop the gun for the guard, but getting her to pick up a coin facing away from the door, and being able to poison her without anyone seeing through the curtain was so inconsistent, in the end I just lured her into the next room and the door closed. So the syringe was pointless.

Either way, this is not a single attempt, I save by the window and there's a visible cut.
