This one is incredibly tough because of how the new AI instantly knows where the shot came from if they see a target die and have a line of sight to you.
It was tricky finding the right timing and distraction shot to make all the armed guards look away. I take the exit overly carefully cause there were enemies dragging Vanya's corpse towards the house and they spot you instantly. I already ruined one escape coming down the stairs at the wrong moment.
Needless to say, this is not a single attempt, I save and there's a visible cut. For an example of how my shots usually went, look here:
