We spent a week in Japan with FC Bayern Women. This film is about the people behind the team, the ones you rarely get to see.

During the club's Japan summer tour, we followed the people who make the performance possible. The team manager told us her planning began back in March. The kit manager admitted he still double-checks every jersey the night before a match, because otherwise he can't sleep. The head coach described a winning team as an orchestra, great musicians with one shared timing. And at Hitachi Origin Park, in the city where our company began in 1910, a guide walked the players through a story her father, grandfather and great-grandfather all helped write.

Near the end of the film, one of our own colleagues puts the whole idea into a single sentence. "When you see that Hitachi logo in places people wouldn't pay attention to... it makes me very happy."
