Arrival of the first of the Class 800 trains for the British Intercity Express Programme in Southampton Port. The train will undergo testing shortly. The bulk of the fleet of 122 trains will be manufactured in Hitachi Rail Europe's new Rail Vehicle Manufacturing Facility in Newton Aycliffe.
