A little behind-the-scenes preservation magic for you today! ✨
Get a front-row seat as Deniz from Studione29 works on our historic stained glass windows right here at the Morton Museum. If you were around for our Main Street side window project, you might remember that those had to be completely removed, crated up, and hauled off to a shop to be fixed.
This time around? We got to keep them right in the wall! Deniz completed all of this incredibly delicate restoration work in-situ. We absolutely love getting to step away from the administrative desk to see the actual, hands-on work that goes into keeping this beautiful historic building standing for future generations.
