After completing the lo-res demake of Myst for Apple II, there were many, many requests for higher resolution graphics.
I am not going to redo the game in hi-res, but I did a proof-of-concept to see if it would be feasible to do the game with a custom vector graphics library as was done in the early 80s. It turns out it might be possible (but still a lot of work).

![a few scenes from second reality on Apple II [obsolete]
Note: since making this video I actually made a full version of Apple II second reality which you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RNOqu4vcDto
Im usually not a fan of 2nd reality remakes, but then I found an AY-3-8910 version of the soundtrack and well, one thing led to another...
really its just a few scenes and part of a rotozoomer
