Had a morning bath interrupted by lights flickering and strobing. Upon investigation I found an entire section of power line by my house shorting out and arcing like crazy!! Called emergency, then recorded from a safe distance.
*So it turns out that the lines shorting were likely only hundreds of volts, and not thousands like I originally thought and they are secondary lines and not primaries.*
