Police declared outlaw biker clubs public enemy number one in Australia and launched a week-long frenzy of nationwide raids and arrests: 2,000 cops arrested 159 people. They got Hells Angels, Mongols, Outlaws, Comanchero, Lone Wolf and more. Let me tell you about it.

The Mob Reporter here with news of a nationwide week of action against bikers, or bikies as they call them down under. Taskforce Morpheus hit suspects across the country, seizing money, guns, drugs, vehicles, and electronics.
One of those pinched, is alleged Hells Angels Motorcycle Club chapter president Mustafa Hafizi of the Chinatown chapter. His dignified arrest contrasts with a previous capture, embarrassingly caught on police video and released publicly. His theatrics were called an “Oscar-worthy performance.” Hafizi’s co-accused is alleged Hells Angels associate and professional boxer Willis Meehan. He goes by the ring name The Hitman. He once played in the National Rugby League, signed to the Sydney Roosters. The six-foot-five southpaw quickly earned a name as a most promising boxer with impressive win after win. After 12 professional bouts he remained undefeated, winning 10 by knockout, courtesy of his powerful punch. Like this one, seen here, in a 2019 knockout after only 44 seconds in the ring.
Other arrests were linked by police to a myriad number of crimes, including fraud and a huge cocaine bust. Officers said they seized a million dollars in cash, 11 vehicles, 43 guns and dozens of other weapons, along with an array of various drugs.
