This is such an incredibly precise hover that I spent a large amount of hours trying to figure it out. The three bomb staircase requires good bomb positioning and to get on the seam to be high enough for the hover you need to stand at very specific positioning in order to sidehop onto the seam. The sidehop needs to slow down to or it's likely to go over the seam. The third bomb needed to be thrown a frame later than optimal otherwise I wouldn't have been able to shield it.
