Whilst oil is being taken from the ocean of West africa, there is no facility to to process the gas. Hess keeps all the money from the oil and gives the gas to the locals. but they cant afford to process it so 100% of it gets burnt off into the atmosphere as pollution. 24 hours a day every day.
