Tandem Skydiving Double Malfunction featuring tandem master: Wildman

The action happened as followed :
- First malfunction (Tension knots)
- Cutaway + Reserve canopy
- Second malfunction (Tension knots again)
- Crash

Although the passenger walked out of this unhurt, Wildman broke his back on the impact. Don't worry he's now in top form!

Guys, be safe out there, never neglect the safety rules and take your time to pack your canopy so it doesn't end up in a disaster.
