I went shopping at Hermès the other day (and brought you along with me) so now let’s open everything up. I had been waiting for this day for 213 days because I was able to preview the FW24 collection back in May and saw one of my favorite scarves ever was being reissued. I was finally able to see them in person and take one home. And that scarf is “I Like Flowers” by Leigh P. Cooke. It was originally released in 2013 in a 90cm and now is released in a 70cm with the addition of flowers on each corner. I also was able to see the new Chaine d’Ancre wrapped in leather meant for 70cm scarves. I was so happy to discover it’s lighter weight than the original 90cm version. And lastly I ended up taking home the “Pele-Mele” Buckle scarf by Thibaut Huchard. This one was such a surprise and totally unplanned, but I knew it was one I would end up loving and unlike anything I have. So many fun goodies too— was I more excited to open the surprises?
