Most people fail before they even start.
They're setting goals for someone they're not yet.
This pattern repeats in 9 out of 10 people I work with.
Smart people.
Big goals.
Perfect plans.
They give up in 72 hours.
Here's why:
You're not matching the behavior to your actual ability.
You want to post daily → but you've never done it.
You plan 6am workouts → you wake up at 8am now.
You want to eat healthy → but you can't cook.
The gap between who you are and what you're asking yourself to do is too big.
Motivation can't bridge that gap.
You need scaffolding first.
Here's the fix:
Match the habit to where you actually are right now.
Never posted before? Write one post. Not seven.
Exhausted by 2pm? Send 5 quality DMs. Not 50 emails.
Don't know ads yet? Boost a post. Don't build a funnel.
Do the small thing until it's easy.
Then add more.
Most people try to leap.
Winners build stairs.
Start ridiculously small.
Then scale what works.
Right or not?
