The Regulation H VGC ruleset was announced a few weeks ago and a huge online tournament with 450 players took place shortly after! This new ruleset bans all legendary and Paradox Pokemon, making it very different from the past few formats. In this video, I look at the top performing Pokemon and teams from this tournament to give you a sense of what the early metagame in this format will look like!
