The Regulation D ruleset for Pokemon VGC was just announced and Pokemon from HOME will be legal soon! This ruleset was unexpected and will be used this summer, starting on July 1st. The 2023 World Championships will utilize this ruleset, which is unprecedented - we've never had Worlds be the first major tournament of a new ruleset.
