1️⃣Use a kitchen scale to weigh out 32 grams of this Vitamin B12 powder seen here. *Note: this = 0.32 grams of actual vitamin B12 if using the above preparation*

2️⃣Now add in the eczema-friendly moisturizer base until the scale reads 454 grams total. I’m using Vanicream here.

3️⃣Next, mix it together thoroughly. It will be a light pink color.

‼️Keep it in the fridge in a sealed container for 2 weeks!
