This was the second train and railroad crossing I recorded on November 29, 2025. After recording Lee Street along the last crossing of the NS Asheville District, I decided that, since the end of the day was getting near and I had to do something to make the last of the few hours count, I went ahead and got the rest of the NS Charlotte District documented. While on the way, I noticed that there was a northbound, so I decided to set up at what appears to be either a crossing closed for grade repairs, or potentially just closed for grade separation for safety purposes, considering that this line has a few Amtrak trains supported by NC a day? I'm not sure which one is right, but you decide.

Signal on the left: 4 - 12"x20" Safetran w/ GE Fading LEDs, a Safetran 2000s gate mechanism, 4" RECO LED gatelights, and a Safetran Type 3 E-Bell

Signal on the right: 6 - 12"x20" Safetran w/ GE Fading LEDs, a Safetran 2000s gate mechanism, 4" RECO LED gatelights.
