Sometimes it's good to get a wide perspective on what we are learning. So here is my current interpretation of the complete Primo Assalto by Achille Marozzo. Note that this is just one version and I train multiple variants, but currently I like this one the most for my training. I also added a Slow-Mo and Markers which actions belong to which part. Enjoy!

Best with Headphones :) First, disassemble the sword if possible. Glide with your finger along the edge to find burrs and nicks. Then, use the file to remove them by gently pushing forward along the edge in continuous movements. Do this on both edges on all four sides. Next, use a drop of oil on the rough sanding sponge, then stroke the blade along its length in uninterrupted motions. Always stay parallel to the edges. Repeat this with the medium sponge after cleaning the blade with a rack. For a nicer polish, use the fine sponge together with oil to gently move along the flats and edges of the blade, always in direction of the grain. Clean it again with a fresh oiled towel. Depending on the surface finish on the hilt parts, polish them carefully with a fine grain sponge and oil, and clean then with the rack. In my case, i blued the parts, thus just re-oiling is mostly enough. Reassemble the sword, and you are finished.
