My forth consecutive night of live jams on Twitch (twitch.tv/the_snobot follow me for notifiations of when I go live!) and the one-week anniversary of when this instrument arrived on my door.
Tonight's improv is a more down-tempo techno track. After last night's mishap with ambient I tried keeping things more restrained, and I think it worked out for the best. I had a little arpeggio sequence set up on the Mother-32, but wound up not using it much. The gritty bass on the DFAM carried things tonight.
The more I play the more I'm realizing I don't really know _how_ to use the Mother-32; mostly I wind up using it for processing external audio sources rather than using its own oscillator. Maybe that'll be tomorrow night's experiment!
