After the failure of the first CNN to drive the robot I tried doing some additional training epochs to see if that would fix the problem.
We've succeeded in reinforcing the robot's yearning for freedom. It doesn't yet know what to do with that freedom, but I guess it's learning _something_.
Back to the drawing board with this experiment, I think.
