This is "Heliot" for the Amstrad CPC released back in 1984 by Sprites.
It's a beautiful and very playable arcade action shooter from the early days of the CPC.
You control what seems to be Heliot Ness in his fight against gangsters and alcohol smugglers during the prohibition era.
The game has 12 levels of different enemies and then it loops back at level 1 with increased difficulty.
It's a very addictive and well made shooter and CPC fans should give it a try.
