Did this game mess anyone else up like it did for me? Like, I really enjoyed the game, absolutely, but oof sometimes I'd get through a section and just feel like I needed to lie down. There are also a lot of parallels between Ellie and Abby and that was obviously intentional. It made you re-evaluate your anger at Abby once you played through her part.
So I thought it would be the perfect media to use in a Linkin Park IC that I participated in with a few other editors. We had two weeks to turn out a video and I like how mine turned out. I wanted to go for something emotional and soft which is how I found this more orchestral version of this song.

So I was likely WAY too ambitious with this project, especially with my program being limited in what it can do, but I did what I could and Im proud of it. I experimented with some typography techniques that I hadnt really thought about using, but I think it doesnt look bad?
I wanted an Omen!Noctis video really badly, so I made it myself! I guess you could lowkey see this as ArdyNoct if you wanted? I dont know, see it how you want! I have Noctis switch to his older self as a sort of homage to Ardyn having two forms, daemon/starscourge and his regular trash jesus self. Yeah, the rest is pretty self explanatory I think, Noctis betrays Lucis and kills his dad and then helps Ardyn kill off his friends.
But I actually managed to get a little bit of masking in this (which took forever because my program HATES even attempting to mask a box (i.e. it crashed like 40 times to get like 5 frames done ;-;))!
Also, I wanted to just say thank you to everyone who is subscribed to me and who watches my videos. I dont have sv or ae and I often feel like my videos are less because of it. But then I look and at least people enjoy the videos I create which always makes me smile and feel so grateful to be in this community of talented people.

This is my entry for Round 1 of the Game Heroes Contest. Since the theme for this round is feelings/emotions I just the feeling of loss. It affects everyone differently, but I think everyone is aware of that empty feeling in their chest when they lose someone.

I didnt get a capture card, but I saved videos from my ps4 and edited with those~! But meet my Inquisitor, Quinn. Hes sarcastic and sassy and cares about everyone (though doesnt get along extremely well with Blackwall). He plays too many pranks with Sera and gossips with people and thinks Dorians an amazing friend (maybe will attempt to play matchmaker for Dorian, you never know with Quinn). But he loves Bull and I thought Id make a video with them because you dont see many videos with the Bull romance.
Also I tried out some effects, so I hope theyre okay!
