This is my entry for Round 1 of the Game Heroes Contest. Since the theme for this round is feelings/emotions I just the feeling of loss. It affects everyone differently, but I think everyone is aware of that empty feeling in their chest when they lose someone.
I started 2017 by participating in a GMV contest and I thought I'd do the same this year! There are a lot of talented editors who're participating in this contest and I wish them all the best of luck!

I didnt get a capture card, but I saved videos from my ps4 and edited with those~! But meet my Inquisitor, Quinn. Hes sarcastic and sassy and cares about everyone (though doesnt get along extremely well with Blackwall). He plays too many pranks with Sera and gossips with people and thinks Dorians an amazing friend (maybe will attempt to play matchmaker for Dorian, you never know with Quinn). But he loves Bull and I thought Id make a video with them because you dont see many videos with the Bull romance.
Also I tried out some effects, so I hope theyre okay!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAMMY!!!! Can you believe were now a quarter of a century old? Thats mind-boggling to me tbh. I know we definitely talked about only giving each other 3 gifts but uh... think of this as a high-tech hallmark card or something??? Its too late to take it back is what I mean so you gotta accept it :)
I figured you wouldnt mind some Solavellan - Faelynn is just so pretty and your love for this egg is still off-the-charts. Hope I was able to capture that softness and slightly bittersweet quality that I was going for. I tried to leave it off on a hopeful note which I hope comes across.
Now that I think about it I guess I could have made a crack video or something but maybe for Valentines day???

Day 2 of hotterhatter2211s 12 days of editing challenge and still managing to get it done on top of my other rl commitments!
I had to make this an Episode Ignis video because its the 2nd anniversary of when I finished this DLC and Im still not over it. There is so much emotion and just the bond these two share in particular never fails to tug at my heartstrings.
Tried to do some flickering and zoom transitions, not sure if they look good or not, but its fun to play with :D")
