HEART-SHAPED BOX

1 Strawberry (muddled)
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Cinnamon Syrup
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Lemon Juice
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz (60 ml) Cognac
.50 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Shake and strain into rocks glass
Add crushed ice
Garnish w/half a strawberry
