Hey Y’all! Quick back update:
I was diagnosed with four herniated discs (the L5-S1 was the gnarly one) and surgery was recommended…but I’ve been resting, praying, visualizing healing, and slowly getting stronger. And I feel SO much better!
I'm able to sit longer and have minimal sciatic pain. I'm regaining some feeling coming back in my foot. I’m moving again and hopeful again.
I also share a peek at my 2026 planner and how I’m easing back into routine.
