Here’s how Djibril - who came to the UK from Ivory Coast - used his love of football to welcome others like him.

Through his community group @ISpeakFootball-Org, refugees and migrants not only learn English, but also build friendships, improve their mental health, and find belonging.

The IRC’s Healing Spaces programme trains grassroots groups like I Speak Football, empowering them to support refugees in their communities.
