This is the most complex and expensive wooden table we’ve ever built - a massive interactive conference table with an entire miniature world hidden inside.
It took us six months to transform huge slabs of sequoia wood into this one-of-a-kind table. Everything was built from scratch: shaping and joining the massive wooden slabs, pouring epoxy resin, creating illuminated resin details, installing custom electronics and touch sensors, and building an incredibly detailed miniature diorama directly into the tabletop.
But this isn’t just a miniature display. The world inside the table actually comes alive with interactive lighting, moving elements and custom electronics.
Hundreds of hours went into this project - woodworking, CNC machining, epoxy resin, 3D modeling, electronics, sanding, polishing, finishing and final assembly.
The result is the biggest, most complicated and most expensive table we’ve ever created.
