Here is a fantastic and cheap HDMI-USB 2.0 capture device for streaming or to use with a DSLR as a webcam. An extremely affordable alternative to mainstream capture devices such as the Cam-Link from Elgato.
It can accept HDMI signals up to 4K-60 fps, and present them at the USB end as a 1080p webcam source.
In this video I demonstrate how this can be used with streaming software such as OBS
