This is a simpel test of converting still images to very basic 2.5D. 2.5D is a technique to create the illusion of real 3D with the help of 2D layers. It was a common technique for the first ego-shooter games like Doom, Wolfenstein or Duke Nukem 3D.

It's just a test to look what's possible with little effort. I think this is just the start of a set of experiments, because I think about makeing a amv-project which uses this technique.
