This is my first upload from a Quasar VX-format tape. A movie was recorded (started after the intro) and afterwards this filled out the tape. I let the entire color bars go to the end so you can see the interesting effect this format has as the tape ends, sort of the reverse of what you get on VHS after a recording stops and the remains of what was taped over appears. Anyone know the reason for the excessive black area at the bottom of the screen on this format? Likely that didn't show up on TVs of the era, wondering if it is cutting anything off there or if the picture is slightly squished?
