In this video I'm highlighting the newest release from KoHana Distillers in Oahu, their 2023 Heirloom Collection Kea. This is an unaged cane juice rum made from 34 different sugarcane varietals. In addition to tasting the rum neat, in a daiquiri and a ti punch, I also tell the story of sugarcane in Hawaii and its voyage around the world.
