Have You ever Marinated Pork Ribs in this? Last week, we made a delicious marinade and cooked an awesome Pollo Asado. The asado marinade was so good, we had to try it on some Pork Ribs, Spare Ribs and Baby Back Ribs. We cooked these ribs on a Kettle grill and they did not disappoint!

Asado Marinade
.5 cups Vegetable Oil
.5 cups Orange Juice
1/3 cup Lime Juice
5 cloves Garlic
Half medium Onion (my addition)
3 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cumen
2 tsp Oregano
3 tsp Black Pepper
2 oz Achiote Paste
