This is a vlog of my run at the nearly new Downs Link, Shoreham-by-Sea parkrun on the old railway Downs Link trail on Saturday October 25th 2025. In recent weeks, I have been struggling with groin issues and it seems I may have a hernia for which I have an initial consultation with my GP next week. I have been running but know need to get the right diagnosis and see if may need a surgical repair.
