~*Please Read The Description*~

I decided to take a quick break from working on chapter 1 to do this thing. I thought I could try and work on some monochrome painting and such.

Chapter 1 is going pretty well! I got a lot of aesthetics down and now everything can run smoothly rather than messing and fiddling around with the posing and such

[]Self-reflection:
I really love this and I feel I'm getting better with doing the trees and grass stuff. I'm also happy with how Chara and Frisk came out though I did feel I could have made those arms better.

I feel I should have put in a little more work on putting details on the top of the drawing since it feels a little empty. I'm not sure how to feel about the perspective but I feel its alright for the most part but could need some adjusting.

Overall I feel its pretty nice but can use a little work on perspective and just putting a little more time into refining details.

[]About the drawing/speedpaint:
This drawing can both be seen as the first fall at the very beginning or can be seen as the many resets and how they always fallen back into the start though the lyrics of the song points more towards the many resets.

This does take place in the undertale like world but the pillars in this world are large black trees with red leaves like the one in front of Toriel's house.

[]Song choice:
The song chosen was The Synesthesia Ghost by Nekobolo. It's a gorgeous song I've loved for a long time and thought it would fit in with undertale, the au, and this speedpaint. They're are many ways to interpret the song but the idea for it in the context for the au is that Frisk is starting to restart a bunch, feeling unhappy and lying a lot (ACTing if you will). Chara, on the other hand, just really wants to help them out and at the end expresses that they don't need to lie and reset to be happy but since its been going on so long, Frisk doesn't get it and just says "it's not that bad" and continues on but with more doubt about their own ideals.

Blue lyrics is Frisk and red is Chara.
