This week on our farm we are harvesting, washing, and drying cucumber seed. Harvesting this crop takes a lot of people and a lot of hard work, as 12 acres becomes the main focus of our farm for 10 days. It's a great feeling after it all to see the dried seed in the box ready to be shipped out.
