Updated: Since we use stacking sigils in htcm, running a "Stacking" Weapon in the second set and camping the other is decently beneficial if the spec does not gain plenty of dps from the second set. For Paragon that's the case, which is why running Spear in the offset for ranged push and CC is pretty comfy, while staying on Dagger/Mace during phases. Signet of Might could be dropped for another utility if needed, but then Elite Signet should definitely be run for Signet Stacks. Otherwise Elite Signet can also be dropped for Banner, or even Paragon wings. The Stability between F4 and Stab Banner is not the longest duration wise, so be mindful with correct timing. Heal Command is pretty nice for Zhaitan, because you can precast it and the Echo will cleanse in case your Heal Kite messed up Resistance/Cleanses. Because we run Strengthening Stanzas, we always wanna have the F2 Refrain active. Hence, in general use F3/F4 once F2 has 2 seconds cd left and when you have enough Adrenaline. That way you can immediately swap back to F2 for the dps buff. But also hold F4 specifically for when you need Stability. Alac uptime is so plentiful that it's very easy to cap Alac, so you don't need to constantly use all of your Chants. Just using F2 is almost enough to upkeep Alac, so everytime you use another Chant, you build up a buffer essentially.
