Cele Specter is definitely better overall, but if you don't mind the fewer dps, heal and Stab, Paragon works as well.
Running Find Their Weakness for Vuln uptime instead of BY. This drops the healing by quite a bit, but that way we can run Febe Relic for good Swiftness uptime.

Gameplay notes:
Stay on Sw/Sw for dps, just use 3, 4 and F1 on cooldown. Sword 5 Block can be useful to mitigate some dps and Sword 2 for movement.
For CC, use "On Your Knees!", then 2x F-skills to proc the Echo and then either Hammer 5, or Kick, to fully CC a Toxic Geyser. If you are on Sw/Sw, you need 2x Kick to fully CC, because you won't have Para sigil on that set. Hammer F1 is also some CC, but also nice for movement.
Other then that, use F-skills for Alac/Boons and to proc Command Echos when needed.
Cleanses for Sulfuric Acid are: F3, Heal Command Echos and F1 when you have Soldiers Focus up and hit a target with it.
