While on board the Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas cruise ship we stayed in an oceanview stateroom located mid-ship on deck 3. This Harmony of the Seas ocean view stateroom was clean, had a fairly up-to-date design, had a reasonably comfortable bed and offered a nice view from its port hole window. On the negative side to this location was that it was across from Studio B, so during events such as the ice shows or the late-night adults only competition, the sound from that venue could easily be heard in our room. Also, perhaps since it is so close to the water, the window was quite dirty with water spots and made it difficult to get a clear view.
Our cruise cabin slept two adults and two children, with the adults on the bed and one child on the couch and another on the pull-out trundle bed. When the bed is out it makes it very tight to walk over to the window or get anything out of the dresser drawer. This made us appreciate the extra width that some rooms onboard offer.
