Starling's edited version of "Falling Hare" (Warners, 1943)
The title is changed to "Hare Power", with the short's title screen replaced with a still screenshot of Bugs reading and the text being represented as basic Windows Movie Maker style text. This version also uses quite possibly the worst looking master of this short ever put out, and that's saying a lot, especially in the world of public domain VHS tapes and DVDs.
