Starling Films' edited version of "The Wacky Wabbit" (Warners, 1942).
The title of the short is inexplicably changed to "The Wabbit's Wacky", although this edit is miles better looking than the other title screen edits Starling did to these shorts. Digital effects are also added to the short, notably sticks of dynamite having a visible light and Elmer's match lighting up more visibly. It also has a brief (and very poor) edit that adds Starling's name to the box of dynamite.
