Hardt Hyperloop just set a new record at the European Hyperloop Center in Veendam, Netherlands. A test vehicle reached 52.8 mph on a 420-meter track and successfully performed a lane-switching maneuver. Hardt says this breakthrough shows there are no technical barriers to reaching 435 mph once longer tracks and infrastructure are available. This advance could unlock regional high-speed travel, cargo transport, and networked hyperloop systems. Making Hyperloop one step closer to reality.
