All year long, we work to protect the blue planet. Today, we're taking a moment to celebrate the big, beautiful ocean that inspires everything we do.
For nearly 60 years, the New England Aquarium has helped people connect with the ocean through education, conservation, advocacy, and research at our Anderson Cabot Center for Ocean Life. From the animals in our care to the scientists studying whales, sea turtles, and ocean ecosystems in the wild, every day is dedicated to understanding and protecting our ocean.
The ocean is powerful, beautiful, and deeply connected to all our lives. We hope today inspires you to do something good for it—or simply step outside and appreciate the incredible planet we share!
