So, *this* is my type of movie. Musical, great cinematography, crazy effects, sexy accents and interesting background characters (Prudence!)... even more than the main ones :)
So, movie, where have you been all my vidding life?
Can you believe I actually made a 4 minutes video? Ok, it's slow. BUT IT'S 4 FRIGGING MINUTES xD It's been months since I was this committed to a video. I started it yesterday, I think and couldn't stop working on it! I believe it took me about 17 hours straight, plus a 3hrs rendering xD

No need to talk about the song, obviously. It's poetry :) And I *knew* before I even started watching the movie, I would use it. Don't ask me how, lol.
As for the video itself, I tried to use a different editing than my usual and I'm kind of proud of the result! I hope you like it too :)
Now, it's 2AM, the vid is uploading, half an hour left. Sorry for the rumble, I'm quite tired lol

I started this a while ago & was thinking of making a Stargate vid to this song, because it was the only one with kamikaze airplanes, lol I wanted to take a more literal approach to the lyrics instead of going for allegories and all... and then I thought, why not a multifandom? :)

Heya!! See? I made you a present! :D I had NO idea what to do for you. I wanted to do a multifandom, but the only fandoms I knew you liked were XF & LOTS ... and ripping/downloading all of X-Files from this God forsaken town wouldve taken, I dont know, two years? xD I wanna go hoooooome! So I went for a lil LOTS vidlet & theres also one particular scene I know you reeeeeallly like. Kudos to Dayna for the stunt lol
Anyway, thank you sooooo much for your help! You really revolutioned (?) my way of chosing songs to vid :) Hope youre having/you had fun in Tibet & that you enjoy this attempt at a vid :D
In this vidlet I wanted to show a darker Seeker, with a feeling more similar to that of the books. But I am *not* depicting what happens in the books, just the feel of TGs world. For example, I interpreted the quote wise men wonder while strong men die as book!Richards view on prophecy & how he thinks the course of ones life is decided by that same person & not by some fool trying to decipher words & giving them the meaning they want. The wise men is very ironic, thats why I chose those clips for the lyrics: these men decide one persons fate sitting, comfy, safe, while the subjects of their study fight & die.
Im not going to explain my take on *all* of the lyrics, but I think you get the idea :)
As for the editing, I tried various styles/paces before I got to this. Im trying new things & trying to find a way not to follow every beat without the vid turing out crappy, as youve probably noticed in my later vids :P I kinda like the pace I got for this in the end, hope yall do too!")

I made an episodic-character centred one minute vid for Kahlan & Cara. The only two missing of our four leads were Richard & Zedd... why not make one for each ? :)
Nothing much to say about this one. It follows the lyrics & the episode 2x05 Wizard. Ive been wanting to do one since I saw the epi (Grabriel Mann was amazing as young Zedd!) but never got time. Gotta love Saturdays! :P
As for the song Ive always wanted to use this one for Richard, because it shows perfectly his love of life (This is the only life well ever have... - Book!Richard), but I thought itd fit this epi too. So far, we havent seen much of Terry Goodkinds doctrine on the show (and for some parts Im glad about that), so why wait??

soooo.... do you remember when a veeeerrryy long time ago I posted one of my previews videos & it had a Richard vid to this song in it? Well, I started it over. Gotta admit, not of my own free will... but I just cant tell my Seeker no. And well, it was totally worth it, because the song is AMAZING & it fits perfectly Richard.
