Did you know that the "add one more move per turn" moves do not have perfect hit rates? Regardless of that though, these moves are just for show. Hanged Man or Nyx using Grim Transcendence and Joker here with Will of Rebellion will still have extra moves when these skills miss. It's very rare though, although I've seen it miss in all 3 instances. This is the only one I have a recording of.
Shido's Tyrant's Will has the same idea too. But I don't believe that one ever misses. Odd that it can even miss in Reload.
