1 oz Apple Cider Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
4-6 Garlic cloves minced
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 bunch of Cilantro minced
1 tsp Cumin
