For this Valentine's Day, I try my hand at hammer forming sheet steel for an improvised heart sculpture.

Unlike with most of my projects, I jumped right in with no research on the subject whatsoever. I grabbed a freshly cut log from the site of a house renovation and used a hammer that was certainly the wrong tool for the job. But, it turned OK.
