On the German Baltic coast in Prerow live the Rohloff brothers. In the Rohloff brothers' workshop, new colorful "Darß doors" are being built and old ones are being refurbished. They often date back to the 19th century, old captain's doors, through whose opulence and size the prosperity of the inhabitants was expressed. To preserve the characteristics and flair of the Baltic coast - with its people, animals, landscape and architecture - is the great desire of the locals.
