It's located in the master bedroom that's attached to the other bedroom that's at the AirBnB house in Arizona that my family & I stayed for less than a few days in the middle of May this year.

I almost never seen a fan being mounted on a beam like this before. Despite a couple blades being bent a lot (which explains why I didn't wanna leave it on high for very long), I really loved the design of this fan & I somehow really loved the way it feels to see a hugger fan being mounted on a beam like this.

You can also quite notice that the chain thingy on the switch housing was damaged (which explains why the chain nut had been hanging down on the fob.
