For anyone that doesn't know, these are installed at my Grandma's house in Washington (State). I got them at Lowes, the Silver one I put up about almost 3 years ago, and the white one I installed in middle of May this year.

I went to put the original light-kit on the white fan for a little bit to see what it looks like (and then decided to take a full video of it running along with the silver colored fan too).

And then a little shortly after I took this video, I went to replace both of these light-kits with just a regular type of single globe on them, and yes I went with certain types of screws around them too (and I made sure that they're are nice & secured), because the main problem with these type of light-kits is mostly something to do with the exact lighting (especially with the lighting & ceiling itself), I'll be getting those uploaded sometime whenever, but in the meantime, this is what both of these fans looked like right here. :)
