I finally visited Hameediyah, the oldest Nasi Kandar restaurant in Malaysia! Established in 1907, this legendary spot in George Town, Penang, has been serving up incredible flavors for over 100 years.
In this video, I dive into a massive plate of Nasi Kandar, including their famous charred chicken, cabbage, potatoes, and a hard-boiled egg—all smothered in a variety of spicy, delicious gravies. I also try their Garlic Naan, which comes with three different dipping sauces.
